All Lessons are for individual use only. You are not permitted to distribute any lessons without the express written consent of Literacy Builders. In addition, you are not permitted to upload any items to a school server/network without the express written consent of Literacy Builders. We offer site licenses for school districts to purchase for the use and benefit of their teachers.

- There are no returns on any digital download products within our store, once it has been downloaded. If you have purchased in error, and have not downloaded your digital product, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a store credit. There are no other refunds permitted for digital products.
- If you have downloaded your product, there is no return/refund permitted.
- If you have purchased a product to be shipped, you have 30 days to return the item, for a credit of the purchase price, minus shipping. Please contact us for a RMA number before shipping your product to us. Please e-mail

or call 516-605-0024 to arrange an RMA. Once the item has been received in our facility, and its condition is verified, we will issue a refund within 3 days. This does not apply to any cd/dvd of lesson plans that you have purchased.
- All lesson plans are available as digital downloads. Should you request an item be shipped to you, there will be a $15.00 processing fee added to same, unless prior arrangements are made.
- We only ship to the United States and Canada, but our downloadable items are available worldwide.
Classes/Workshops
- Registration must be paid in full at time of enrollment.
- Only checks, money orders, and Credit Cards accepted, made payable to Literacy Builders.
- There is a $50.00 bank charge for any returned checks.
- When a course has filled, a wait list is established on a first come-first served basis. Wait list registrants will be contacted in turn as openings become available.
- Literacy Builders reserves the right to cancel a course if there is insufficient enrollment. To avoid disappointment, register early.
- For those registering for 15 hours, please seek district pre-approval for in-service credit.
- Certificates of participation will be provided.
